Click the big blue cog button to start. This will open options to allow you to add content to your site:

To modify existing content on your site, hover over the block you wish to modify and you will see a small blue settings button. You will need to click on this in order to get the settings for that particular section:
When selected this will give you more options to edit the site:
One of the options you will see will be
Edit:
You can use this section to edit the text for that block.
To rearrange your site you can again hover over the block you want to move and select the
Move this block option:
This will give you the ability to drag and drop that block to a different section of your site.
