To create hosting under your free account you will need to go to the Create Hosting Packages option and you can then add hosting without being billed
If you are purchasing a domain name and it looks like you are being asked for payment just skip this stage by scrolling down and clicking the link 'No thanks, I wish to continue with my order', your free hosting can be added at a later point once the checkout is complete, just skip this stage.
