In order to send emails associated with the Greenhost setup (ie. contact form, password reset, etc.) you will need to ensure that you have added an SPF record for the domain being used for the Greenhost site.
An SPF record explicitly states which servers are valid senders of mail for a domain. This is used by spam filters, and adding an SPF record stops legitimate mail being flagged as spam. Use our support article
