Once you are logged into your hosting control panel scroll to the Web Tools section and you'll be given three options for configuring and managing your databases:
The main option you will use here is the
MySQL Databases, this page will give you options to:

Once you have created a database the Manage MySQL Databases section will give you the Server, Database/Username, the option to update the password, usage and the 'Manage' option to giving access to PHPMyAdmin:
