To grant privileges you will need to login to the hosting control panel and then go to
Web Tools > MySQL Database.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and create an additional MySQL user in the
Add Additional MySQL User section.
Once created go back to the
Manage Additional MySQL Users and click on the
Manage Grants option and this will allow you to manage the grants for this user on a database by database basis.
