When manually logging into the hosting control panel (
https://stackcp.com) if the details are entered incorrectly too many times the login will be linked and you will receive the following message:
To reset the password and lift the lock you will need to go to the Manage Hosting Packages page (
https://www.ecowebhosting.co.uk/cp/managehosting) and login to the control panel in question. From there scroll down to the
Security Details option in the footer of the page and you can reset from there. Give this five minutes to update and this will then lift the block on the control panel login
