You can set the PHP version your hosting uses via the PHP version switcher tool in your hosting control panel:
This option will allow to choose any of the PHP versions currently provided on our servers (5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 8.0) as well as an option to keep you automatically updated to the latest version as and when the servers are update.
***Please note for our Windows hosting the versions are 5.4, 5.5, 5.6 & 7.0 with no 'keep updated' option***
