Yes, loopback connections are allowed on your Eco Web Hosting account but they are rate limited so it is likely that your plugin/function is hitting this limit. If you are receiving this error message please raise a ticket to our support team with details of the plugin being used, the time/date of the error and the steps needed to replicate and they can check if this limit is being hit.
