Domain credits are used to purchase and renew domain names in the reseller account. Domain credits not only allow our resellers to bulk purchase domains in advance but also gain a discount depending on the number of credits they buy.
These credits are then used from within the basket section of a checkout instead of paying full price for your customers’ domain.
The purpose of domain credits is to ensure our resellers are prepared and can offer a competitive price point when compared to other domain sellers.
Domain Credits are used to purchase, renew, and transfer domain names. They are only available to Resellers, allowing them to bulk buy domains in advance. Domain Credits also offer a discount from the normal domain name price depending on the number of credits purchased.
Domain Credits are available in three types:
.UK Credits - for .uk, .co.uk, .org.uk, and .me.uk domains
Global - for .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .name, or .in domains
Global Transfer - to transfer .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .name, or .in domains into your account
To purchase Domain Credits, log into your Reseller account and click on “Buy Domain Credits” under “Reseller Services”.
To use your Domain Credits, add a domain to your shopping basket, and then check “Use Domain Credits” and “Update Basket” before checking out. Please remember that each credit applies to only one year of a domain’s registration and that if you wish to register a domain for multiple years, you will be using multiple credits.
