Why do I get the error 'Send mail from free domains is not permitted' when attempting to send email?

Troubleshooting
We restrict mail sending on free domains as these are frequently used for abuse/spamming.
The free domains that cannot send mail from our mail platform are are follows;
.tk
.ml
.ga
.cf
.gq
.eu.org
