Any newly created IMAP folders through email software will not show by default in the webmail interface. To display firstly please login to the webmail interface and go to the settings option in the left menu. From there then choose the Folders option and a list of created folders will appear in the next pane, simply toggle on the folders you wish to show in webmail:
These will then show from the default mailbox view when first logged in:
