In order to create an autoresponder you will firstly need to be logged into the hosting control panel, from there click on the option
Email > Autoresponders:
From the subsequent page you can then set the address this is for (the part before @domain.com), email subject, plain text/html format, the message, optional forwarding to another address and the start and end date for the autoresponder:
