To migrate emails to your Eco Web Hosting account you first need to be logged into your hosting package. Once there you will see an ‘Email Migration’ option under the ‘Email tab.

From this page, you can easily migrate your emails from Google, Hotmail or any other IMAP email provider.
Simply follow the on-screen prompts and enter your Username and Password of the mailbox you’re wanting to migrate from. On IMAP migrations you will also need to enter the Hostname which you can find from your current email provider.
Underneath that, you can select the mailbox you wish to migrate these emails to. Please bear in mind you must have set up the inbox to migrate the email and it must have been active for at least 30 minutes otherwise this will not be fully set up and the migration may fail.
Once done hit ‘Sync’ and this will begin the process. If you give this time then refresh the screen you will be able to keep an eye on the migration as it completes.
