To migrate your site from an external host you will first need to fill out our External Migration Request Form which can be found under the Support and tools section of your account.
From here you will need the following information to hand:
Domain name - The name of the site you wish to transfer. (Please note this does not transfer the Site Domain just the website files)
The migration type: This depends on the way your site is currently being hosted. You can select from the drop-down menu of the following options:
WHM/Cpanel - WHM user will be required for this.
WordPress - Youll need FTP details to hand and to have unblocked your FTP.

Email Usernames and Passwords - You will be asked to select a tickbox if you have any email to migrate. We will need you to enter any usernames and passwords in the box marked ‘extras’ at the bottom of the form. This will make migrations a lot quicker. (Please note this is not required for migrations from WHM as the emails will be migrated automatically)
The date you require the move to be completed by - We may complete your migration earlier than this date but this will not affect your current site hosted elsewhere. We will always send a ticket to you to confirm when a migration has started and completed.
Once you have fully filled out the form and checked for any errors you can hit the ‘Request Migration’ button to submit the request to our support team.
