I got an email "Is in use?" What do I need to do?

The email is sent out to account holders where the hosting package specified in the title appears not to be in use.

If you follow the link in the email you will be taken to the Manage Hosting Packages page (View Hosting Passwords page if you are a reseller) and from there you can mark the package as still in use.  To do this simply click on 'Resolve this' and a modal will open underneath allowing you to give the reason and mark this as in use.


This will allow you to let us know the hosting is still active and keep the hosting package from being suspended in the timeframe outlined in the email.
