Once your SSH access has been activated on your hosting account, there is a short delay while the SSH account is set up on our servers and the details are updated for you to enable the access fully. This usually only takes an hour at the most, so if you are having trouble logging in then allow this time and try again. If the login still fails/you are being prompted for password when using keypairs after this time then let our support team know so that they can look into it for you from here.
