To start creating your welcome emails for your customers, scroll down to “Reseller Services: Manage Your Customers’ Services” in your control panel, and click on “Create/Update Welcome Hosting Email”.
Here, you can update the name and the email address that the email is from, as well as the subject of the email.
You can also customise the body of the email using the following tags:

Once you are happy with your email, click “Update Welcome Email”. Your new email will be saved and sent out to your customers.
